Teleporting Projectiles
Interesting! Lord Zedd has posted a video showing teleporters working with projectiles (you fire into one end, it comes out the other). Apparently, this was built into the game, but never activated. I'm sort of glad (I can't tell you how frustrating it would be to be killed by a rocket that came out of nowhere - erm, out of the nearby teleporter - in a matchmade game) - but I can see how this would be pretty interesting to play with! Halo 1 - The Original Flamethrower
Gamecheat13 went back to the original Halo and looked carefully at the Flamethrower - a weapon which wasn't actually IN the original Halo. (Well, the released version.) It showed up first in Gearbox's port - but this video shows that most of the assets were created by Bungie, and there in the code. Thanks, gamerguy2002. (Louis Wu 21:53:37 UTC)

We haven't been keeping close track of the Halo Bulletins being posted at Halo Waypoint (we're sorry!) - but the most recent one features a great interview with Jeff 'GrimBrother One' Easterling, late of bungie.org. Mid-air turret ramming
