343 to create a Halo/Moon Patrol Mashup
Frank O'Connor sat down with OXM to talk about the future of Halo - and about 343 Industries, the group that will oversee that future. Lots of information - two very interesting tidbits are that 1) there are no Halo games to announce for 2011 at all, and 2) there will be more Reach DLC coming (though we don't necessarily know from who). Go read the whole shebang! (Just in case folks don't follow the link... the headline here is a joke.) (Louis Wu 15:25:08 UTC)

Happy Halodays, love Bungie
It's the holiday season - and Bungie's taking it easy. Doesn't mean they don't have anything for you, though... last night's Bungie Weekly Update went live on time, thanks to Chris 'runningturtle' Gossett, and while it might not be full of details about what Bungie's been up to this past week, it DOES contain some pretty cool goodies. The coolest, by far, is the Bungie Holiday Card - what a labor of Halo love! See how many details you can pick out - there are nods to all SORTS of things in there. Other update highlights: the VGA Halo trailer, which you might have seen if you'd watched the VGAs this year, is now available for download (or streaming), some fun-to-read Reach stats have been compiled in a pretty nice format, and the year's last Blame Stosh is... awesome. As always, a local version is available in our Weekly Update Archive. Go read it! And kick off some Happy Halodays! (Louis Wu 16:11:49 UTC)
