Grifball League Enhancements
NOKYARD let us know about a cool new feature of this year's Grifball Winter League - your team can build a customized Home Court! The official map has been designed to allow teams to customize the large wall so that 'home' games are more comfy - and you've got permission to get started on the customization. Full instructions and rules can be found in this ForgeHub thread (ForgeHub is working with Grifball.com to make this process smooth, and to ensure that none of the changes affect actual gameplay). Circatage
The Handmade Hero pointed out a trick jumping vid made by a group called Jump Theory, called 'Circatage'. It shows off some amazing jumps. Clearly many of them were done with non-standard settings ('standard' meaning 'base matchmaking')... but all of the tricks are pretty incredible. Checkpoint bypass by highwire
Rockslider stopped in to point out that he's written up a guide to bypassing a critical checkpoint on Tsavo Highway - it leaves you open for some interesting gameplay. Check it out! Enigmatic Observation... Revisited
Whoa, very cool. A couple of years ago, BOLL created a really intricate easter egg for One One Se7en, Stuntmutt's long-running Halo comic. It's unclear how many people found it at the time... but over in his blog, he's written up the whole episode - thought process, intermediate artwork, and more. Wearable Hayabusa Helmet - In Progress
Tim Munro sent us a link to a YouTube video showing off his latest Halo project - a 1:1 scale wearable Hayabusa helmet replica. He's only about halfway done...

Pwning Cancer
The Fight Like a Girl tourney that dominated our front page's sidebar for a few weeks went off this weekend without a hitch (that I know of) - they raised almost $4000 for worthy causes, and a lot of people got the chance to play against Bungie employees in 2v2 competitions. One of these was written up by mendicantbias00 in his 'The Thunder And The Surf' blog. Check it out - pretty pictures, fileshare links, final results! Update: JonnyOThan corrects my 'without a hitch' comment... in hilarious fashion.
