MLG Columbus Results (a little late)
We neglected to get back to the MLG Columbus wrap-up on Sunday - but congratulations (once again) to Instinct, who took first place for the second tourney in a row. Final Boss definitely benefitted from the addition of iGotUrPisto1a - they placed second, their best showing since the first tournament in 2008. Helmet Shenanigans
Master Ph0bia stopped by with a link to a thread he found at Bungie.net - it shows off a bunch of different helmets that are viewable with a Boneyard glitch that happens occasionally. (He also included some helmets found by modding, it seems.) If you're interested in seeing some of the variants that might be available in the fall, check it out! Sadie's Story - On the Web
Capt Spanish, previously known (at least here at HBO) for the fantastic work on his Halo 3 Terminal project, is back with a new masterpiece: he's recreated the Sadie's Story Audio Logs from Halo 3: ODST. The interface he built himself - the hi-res images and pristine sound files, we snagged from Bungie. The project's been a long time in the making (some of the involved parties have been... well, a little busy working on stuff), but it's done now, and on full display at Bungie.net. Go check it out!
