Zombies Will Drive You Crazy
A couple of really funny moments from last night's HBO Community Festivities popped up on our forum this morning, and are definitely worth the quick look. RC Master puts to question any institution that would give out drivers licences to certain members. Meanwhile, DEEP NNN showed us that some HBO members are a lot like their forum threads; no matter how bad they are, they just won't die when they're supposed to. Go watch! He wants to be like TSquared
So Tashi is a regular over at NeoGAF, and he's currently attempting to win an MLG Mad Catz Controller. His entry in MLG's contest made the finals, and he's in a tight race for the win! If you want to help, go watch the three finalists:
- Michael Carlock wants to win the controller for a friend
- Tashi wrote a song - and performed it
- Benjamin Jakubowski vlogged about how he deserves it

Forerunner Relic Scene
Adam Murphy sent us a link to a video he created using the Unreal Development Kit - it's amazing. Halo: Helljumper Episode 1
Halo: Helljumper Episode 1 was released yesterday - and it's a pretty impressive piece of work! 13 minutes long, the live action short follows an ODST through training and into the field - and into battle with the Covenant. It uses Tobias Buckell's short story 'Dirt' (found in Halo Evolutions) as a roadmap. Go watch this! And support the group - they're doing some amazing stuff! (Louis Wu 10:58:26 UTC)

The Halo Community - Then, Now, and the Future
Greenskull put together a vlog about the Halo community - it's called 'Then, Now, and the Future'. He reminisces a bit about HaloFest, and takes a look at what he feels both Bungie and 343 Industries have done right in regards to community involvement and embracing. He brings up a good point about what drives people like him to keep coming back for more, and how 343 can (and should!) capitalize on this. It's an interesting take - go watch!
