Drinking Games Ep 5 - Screen Watchers
Once upon a time, we let you know about a group called TeamSexy (most of the posts were in 2003 and 2004, though there've been a few references to SexyJosh in the following five years) - they liked Halo, a lot. Recently, they've been hosting a series called Drinking Games, and in honor of the release of The Master Chief Collection, they devoted an episode to Halo. I found it pretty entertaining. Check it out! (Louis Wu 22:14:00 UTC)

SexyJosh - back!
Some of you might remember SexyJosh, who released a number of Halo songs a couple of years ago - he stopped by our forum yesterday to point out that all of his Halo music (and more, in fact) has been collected at a new address, with a new design - if you haven't heard this stuff before, check it out! Halo 2 net news
Couple of interesting articles out there - The New York Times has a piece on how the video game audience is getting older (and more monied), and how games like Halo 2 are leading the shift, and GameSHOUT has put up their top 10 games of the year - with Halo 2 taking the number 1 spot. (The article was written by SexyJosh, a sometimes-poster on our forum, so his nod to Halo 2 is not a TOTAL surprise.) (Louis Wu 14:13:47 UTC)

Halo 2 on the radio
(sexy)Josh Britt wrote to tell us that the radio station he works for is starting a half-hour radio show devoted to Halo, hosted by SexyJosh himself. The first show is tomorrow at 9:30 pm EST, and can be found at www.gameshoutradio.com. (This will be followed at 10 pm by a community chat show, and one of the questions is 'How do YOU think Half-Life 2 will compare to Halo 2?' Since they used to be a Half-Life-only radio station, they're gonna need Halo defenders. Stop by. (Louis Wu 14:10:42 UTC)

Flaming Ninjas
SexyJosh released another Halo-related song, this one based on the concept of 'Flaming Ninjas'. At this point, it's a members-only download from his website... PG rating for language. (Louis Wu 13:13:02 UTC)

Team Sexy Goes Tournamenting
SexyJosh points out a couple of writeups (and a movie) of some local Halo tournaments his group participated in; you can find the writeups, and a link to the movie (13.8 mb, 5:44 long, QuickTime format) on their site. Toys-R-Us tourney + Halo freaks = potential for Barbie abuse... (Louis Wu 09:31:46 UTC)

Halo-Themed Music
SexyJosh, from Team Sexy Films, has been writing some Halo-themed music recently; there are currently two songs available on his website. Lament to Keyes is a 4-minute ballad, and Cortana is half as long, twice as fast, and a bit ruder. If you like the music, explore the site; there's quite a bit more, non-Halo-related, stuff. Check 'em out! (Louis Wu 18:01:12 UTC)

New goodies from Team Sexy
Team Sexy has added some extra films for their registered users; visit the forum, follow the Extras thread at the top. There's an alternate ending for their Red vs Who movie, as well as outtakes (both in Quicktime and DivX). There's also a slick desktop and an audio track for an upcoming film. Thanks to SexyJosh for the heads-up. (Louis Wu 08:24:11 UTC)
