Halo 3: The Movie
The Tyrant has released Halo 3: The Movie (a full runthrough of the game, cutscenes and all, in Heroic difficulty) - it's not a playthrough guide, it's a cinematic production. It weighs in at just over 5 hours long, and shows off way more weapons than Tyrant normally uses. Check it out! (Louis Wu 19:04:25 UTC) (permalink)
Clickable Melting Pots
Frank O'Connor talked to VentureBeat about why the Covenant are in Halo 4, why the focus is back on the Master Chief, and what 343 brings to the table. Good read! Thanks, bs angel. (Louis Wu 17:45:23 UTC) (permalink)
Recent Halo Titles for Cheap Morpheus pointed out that the Microsoft Store is currently selling both Halo Anniversary and Halo: Reach for $19.99 each. (Of course, if you don't want a physical disc, you can pick up Reach for under $15... but that's a pretty nice price for Anniversary!) (Louis Wu 17:00:20 UTC) (permalink)

Selling Magazines with Drama
The current issue of Games magazine has an article entitled "Is 343 killing Halo 4?" Sounds pretty dire... until you read a summary of the article provided by TheOddOne, who has a copy. Then it just sounds like a typical forum post. (Louis Wu 14:31:52 UTC) (permalink)

Podtacular's Halo 4 E3 Coverage Dust Storm and crew were pretty busy during the E3 week and its successor - we've already mentioned some of the content they released during that time. Pod TV covered War Games on June 6, and Podtacular 293, 294, 295, and 296 all discussed the reveals. We missed a few episodes of Pod TV, though - so we're happy that Dustin put up a summary article. If you've been following along the whole time, the only stuff you missed were Pod TV episodes focusing on the Live Action Trailer, Spartan Ops, and the Campaign Demo - but if you'd rather go through it all, visit that summary!

Pit Stop Chapter 4 of Red vs Blue Season 10 was released this evening for Sponsors (should be available to the general public in a couple of hours)... and i'm finally beginning to understand what's going on. (Yes, I'm slow.) As usual, it's a mix of Halo 3-based machinima and pure CG - and I'm wishing it was next Monday already. If you're a sponsor, go watch! If you're not, wait a couple of hours, then go watch! (Louis Wu 00:16:13 UTC) (permalink)
