A couple of days ago, we pointed out a time-lapse video showing the creation of some blueprints for a Halo 4 Needler prop - today, Pyrosporkerlet us know that there's quite a bit more info about this project out there. Games as Lit 08 - Second Halo Podcast
Travis Knight let us know that the second episode of their Halo-centered podcast is live - this podcast focuses on The Cole Protocol, Contact Harvest, and Ghosts of Onyx. They won't be returning to the Halo books until the after the next Greg Bear book comes out - when they do return they plan to do an in-depth comparison of the Forerunner trilogy, Niven's Ringworld and Banks' Culture. The Halo Bulletin: 1.30.13
Waypoint released this week's bulletin - Burnie Burns, creator of RvB and Grifball, is interviewed and details are given regarding next week's matchmaking update and Spartan Ops Episode 8. Fileshare is now fully-functioning, so go check out the bulletin walkthrough and then proceed to upload and share your Halo 4 content. A local version of the bulletin is also available. Banshee Battling on the Cliffside Hilltop

Halo Sniper Replica Causes Confusion
FlawlessCowboy reported that Kotaku editor-in-chief Stephen Totilo recently became a target of an anti-gun movement on Facebook. Stephen is shown holding a SRS99D-S2 on the anti-gun Facebook page. Keagan Gillepsie's Reach For A Dream Wish
Keagan Gillepsie, who suffers from Spinal Muscular Atrophy, informed Reach For A Dream that he was a tremendous Halo fan even though he hadn't played the games. His wish was to have a party with Master Chief for his 10th Birthday. As always, Master Chief came through and spent the day with Keagan. The Chief also presented Keagan with some UNSC hardware, including an Xbox 360, Halo games and a ton of Halo gear courtesy of Xbox and Reach For A Dream. Awesome! Thanks, TheOddOne.
