Halo 4 Cutscene Library Opens
Cody Miller has once again recorded the latest Halo's cutscenes - in HD, and with Surround Sound. (This is tougher than you might think.) And we have, once again, begun to make these files available to the general public, for downloading, for watching, for the sake of having an easy-to-find record.
