Inside Xbox: The OXM Report (ODST Edition)
Morpheus was the first to notice (a couple of days ago) that the OXM Report this week on Inside Xbox (a part of Xbox LIVE Marketplace) is ODST-related, with an interview with Curtis Creamer. Major's Minute: ODST Vidmaster Achievements
Morpheus pointed out that in the latest 'Major's Minute', Major Nelson and Lars Bakken discussed the new Vidmaster achievements, and how they're going to affect your quest for Recon. You can watch it on Xbox LIVE (in the 'Inside Xbox' section), or you can download it in HD from us (WMP9 version is 44 mb, QuickTime version is 41 mb). Morpheus closes multiple contests
Morpheus has closed his multikill contest (we mentioned it a couple of weeks ago); you can swing by that forum post and vote for your favorite option. He's ALSO closed his 'Recon Challenge' contest (play through Halo 3's campaign as slowly as possible) - do NOT send in new entries after this point. (Resubmissions from existing submitters can be re-sent until the 10th.) If you have questions, you can email him (email is linked at the top of his forum posts). Winners will be announced on the 15th.

Morpheus announced a little contest on our forum - he's looking for names for the next three multikills in the Halo universe (after Killpocalypse (9) and Killionaire (10)). Can you come up with cool names for 11, 12, and 13 kills? Winner gets a 1600 point card. Read his post for full rules.

Morpheus' 'I Still Call It Recon' Challenge
Morpheus is running a rather odd contest - submit the slowest overall time on Halo 3 (all solo levels, combined), win a copy of ODST. There are plenty of rules to keep you from parking your character in a corner and leaving your Xbox alone for a week... go read 'em all. (I do NOT envy the guy having to judge the entries...) Communitage 2 - now up
Morpheus announced that his 'Communitage 2' is now available for download - it's 10 minutes long, and available in both standard and HD formats. (It's pretty big; 219 mb in SD, 413 mb in HD.) Halo Grudge Match at IGN
IGN has posted a 'grudge match' in which four editors look at the relative strengths and merits of the three Halo games. Hold RB To Morph
Morpheus is kicking off a new service - he's willing to capture Halo 3 clips for you, at no cost. It's not automatic, so I'm thinking he'll probably get overwhelmed relatively quickly... but if you've got stuff you want captured, and you're not happy with the limitations of GameVee, this might be a decent option!

Frankie interviewed on Inside Xbox
Morpheus pointed out that there's a video up on Inside Xbox (an Xbox LIVE feature accessible from the LIVE tab of your 360 dashboard) - looks like it went up Friday, in fact - that has an interview with Frankie, and covers the Legendary Map Pack. Game footage looks to have been taken from the press event Bungie held a week and a half ago (you can see KP's adorable face in a couple of places), and it gives you yet another perspective on what Bungie wanted to do with these maps.
