Davidge in Rolling Stone
Rolling Stone has a small piece on Neil Davidge's move to Halo 4 - always good to be noticed by the big boys! Thanks, Rengaw12. (Tom Van Sinden 21:03:26 UTC) (permalink)
New content from GI emerges Game Informer has begun to release its month-long flood of Halo 4 info on its Halo 4 Hub - there's a trailer for what's to come (thanks, Pok3R Fac3D), and a great pair of videos focusing on Sotaro Tojima, Halo 4's audio director: the first is on the hub itself, the second is a bonus on YouTube. Go watch! (Tom Van Sinden 20:36:37 UTC) (permalink)
H4 OST Sample Mix - as MP3
If you listened to the YouTube version of the Halo 4 Soundtrack sample, and wished you'd had a downloadable MP3... David Ellis has your back. Grab a copy from Halo Waypoint here. (Tom Van Sinden 20:16:24 UTC) (permalink)

Focus on the Composer
The Weekly Halo Bulletin is focused on (no surprise here) Neil Davidge and the Halo 4 music. Pics, the vids linked in other newsposts, and words - lots of words. Go soak it all in! (It's in our Halo Bulletin Archive, as well - in a MUCH lighter form.) (Tom Van Sinden 16:05:45 UTC) (permalink)
Composing Worlds, and Halo 4 Soundtrack Samples

Davidge on Continuing a Legacy Complex has an interview with Neil Davidge about his newly-public role as Halo 4 composer - interesting read! Thanks, Hedgemony. (Tom Van Sinden 14:57:31 UTC) (permalink)
Halo 4 Composers Announced Edge Online let the world know (a little earlier than 343 would have liked, I bet) that Halo 4's music is being composed by Neil Davidge and Matt Dunkley - if you have questions, 343 is doing a special Facebook Chat today at 10am PST (with questions accepted at 9:30) - keep your eye on the Xbox Facebook page for full details. (Davidge shouldn't be a new name for most fans following Halo 4's development; we pointed out almost a year ago that he was responsible for the Halo 4 Teaser Trailer's music.) Thanks to BlueNinja (who heard it from Hypertrooper) for the Edge heads-up. Update: The chat will be here. (Tom Van Sinden 13:23:40 UTC) (permalink)
