IGN Previewing the Upcoming Warzone: Firefight With New Map, Vehicle, Enemy and REQ Footage IGN has put up a quick preview of the upcoming Warzone Firefight update that shows off the Goblin and Wasp in action on a new Warzone map, as well as the new 'temple variants' of the wraith, banshee and ghost. Also, there's now confirmation of the old school beam rifle returning! Just for clarity, David Ellis posted on HaloGAF that Warzone: Firefight is still 8 players, the Wasp will be used outside of Firefight and the three new maps are spread across Warzone, Warzone Assault and Arena. Halo Games Deemed Architecturally Creative by PBS' Game/Show PBS' Game/Show put together their top 7 creative games and obviously spent some time with Halo (or we wouldn't be mentioning it) as their favorite in architectural creativity. (Thanks Wu!) (MacGyver10 20:18:35 UTC) (permalink)
Goblins and Wasps (UNSC flying vehicle!) in Upcoming Warzone Firefight Update Some sly extras have just been revealed to be included in the upcoming Warzone Firefight update from an article at Polygon. Alongside the new REQs, maps and Forge canvas, they've shown off a new enemy unit called the Goblin and UNSC vehicle named the Wasp. One is a tiny mech unit piloted by grunts, and the latter is a new human VTOL with twin machine guns and rocket launchers. (Thanks Gravemind!) (MacGyver10 13:38:39 UTC) (permalink)
