Cutter Didn't Have Plastic Surgery In Cryosleep
You might have seen the apparent changes to Capt Cutter's face in the recent Halo Wars 2 cinematic, well whether you agree with the reasoning or not, it does appear there is some at least! (Thanks Urban Reflex!) (MacGyver10 14:23:54 UTC)
