Tidy little discount at Newegg
Newegg is currently offering a $12 promo code good on Halo 4 items (among other things) - and if we'd gotten to this a few hours ago, you could have applied it to the $50-off LE Xbox 360 (which seems to be back up to its regular $399 right now, sorry). Thanks, CyReN. (Check his post for the code.) (Louis Wu 20:08:40 UTC) (permalink)
Maybe we should call him Mister Chief
A guy from Kill Screen Daily is sad that when he tried to get his picture taken with Master Chief, they wouldn't let his 6'8" body up on the same platform as our Spartan hero - he was too tall! Ouch. Thanks, Beckx. (Louis Wu 20:05:22 UTC) (permalink)

Hypertrooper dropped a couple of links into the HaloGAF thread: the first is a hefty writeup of Halo 4, as seen at PAX, written by the PA Report (Penny Arcade's gaming blog). Solid read! That Fighter's going DOWN.
Over a week ago, Hidesquadron1 sent along a pretty cool tidbit - Stan Bush (you might, or might not, remember him as the artist who sang 'The Touch' from the Transformers movie in 1986) is coming out with a new single, Heat of the Battle - and if you look carefully, you might recognize some of the artwork on the cover. Sanctioned? Maybe not. Pretty cool, though!
