2old2play Finishes its 4th LAN for Charity
Joel Albert, of 2old2play, let us know that they've just wrapped up their 4th and most successful LAN party for charity - over $1000 was raised for Children's Memorial Hospital and the Child Oncology Services, while STILL providing a $1000 purse for the winner of a FFA Halo 3 tourney. New Reality Show Looking for Gamers
Ben Winterman stopped by with word of a new reality show that will focus on finding the 'ultimate gamer', and is currently looking for folks who want to audition. Halo Wars Box Art
Joystiq (and other sites) have what is purported to be the Halo Wars box art - presumably released at the Leipzig Games Convention. It looks an awful lot like some fan mockups, though, and the proportions of the actual models seem off, so I'm suspicious. If we get confirmation from an official source, we'll update this newspost. Thanks, BootStrap Boon. Update: MasterChief2829 pointed out that you can find this logo at Microsoft's ProSource press website - that's a decent confirmation of its legitimacy. G.R.I.E.F. Trailer
You might remember Smooth Few Films - they've been making machinima for quite some time (with lots of accolades), and have dipped their toes in the Halo 3 world (The Over-Achiever, The Bag Boy, The GunStop Way) - looks like they're back, with a trailer for an upcoming project called 'G.R.I.E.F'. Halo.fr visits Bungie
