The Room Service Sucks

The Riot 82
Sigafoos is down with a cold, but the Second Foundation crew still managed to put together Episode 82 of The Riot - 25 minutes, 10 mb, news, community events, and more. Today is the last day of voting for their Community Awards - you've got about 6 hours, as of this writing. There are a lot of close races - so go influence your favorites! Chewing on Life's Gristle
The last time we'd heard from VelocityTino, he was telling us about some elite armor he'd put together. He's back - this time with a piece of machinima. He's put the song 'Always Look on the Bright Side of Life', the Spamalot version, to use with Halo footage. He did all the animation himself, which means that for the tapdancing sequence, he had 4 controllers taped down on a desk, and was manipulating them simultaneously (which explains some of the... less than perfect synchronization). Halo Armor, from a prolific community
Xavier contacted us with a bunch of armor-related news from the 405th - let's see what we've got.
- BishopX is creating an assault rifle and a helmet on his way to a full set of armor - he's also got a website to document the progress. Professional grade!
- DMASTER has finished up his frag grenade and is starting work on a spike grenade - gorgeous. (While he was waiting for parts, he whipped out a beautiful Halo 3 logo from aluminum.)
- DoC ByTeS has been working on a helmet (more progress pics here) and gauntlets - pretty slick-looking!
