In September, we mentioned HALOMEN, a Halo Flash animation at Newgrounds. HALOMEN2 is now up - once again, it's probably not really safe for work. (Explicit audio, mild adult themes, excessive violence, according to Newgrounds' rating system.) Where else can you see characters from Halo, Starcraft, and Half-Life all in one place? Halo 3 appears on MTV's Great Gaming Moments of 2007 - I'm not sure I'd agree with their choice of moments (story spoilers in there), but hey. It's on the list.

Halo 3: Absurd Attach Rate
A bunch of articles have come out recently, talking about how Halo 3's sales are dropping off - but the real story might be that there aren't that many more people to BUY the game. GameDaily pointed out yesterday that according to NPD's numbers, there have been 4.1 million copies of Halo 3 sold in the US - for an installed base of just under 8 million Xboxes. When 52% of the people who CAN buy your game, HAVE bought your game... you can pretty much accept that you're a success. (Louis Wu 13:12:34 UTC) (permalink)
