Where Stories End and Games Begin
There's an interesting essay on Games, and the stories they try to tell, written by Greg Costikyan, Co-Founder of Unplugged Games. It looks at games in general, and is not Halo-related, in any direct sense... but Halo (and Bungie games in general) tend to try and tell stories, and they do it more successfully than a large chunk of the games released in their genres, so it's worth a read to anyone who thinks about this sort of thing from time to time. Heads-up comes from Brian Graham, in our forum. (Louis Wu 18:03:09 UTC)
