Subnova down - HBO running slow
As some of you may have noticed, some of our subsections have been offline today; Subnova, who was hosting a chunk of our pages, has had some hardware failures. The problem is temporary... but until the box comes back up, we'll be hosting all sections here, which will slow things down a little. And one section - Fan Fiction - can no longer move; it's not fully mirrored between the sites. For that reason, Fan Fiction is offline until Subnova comes back up. We apologize for the inconvenience! Update: we've turned off some of the OTHER sections Subnova normally hosts, at least temporarily; it seems this server simply cannot handle the traffic. For the time being, Misc Art, Wallpaper, the Tricks section and the newsbyday page are all offline. (Older news can be read using the News Archive link on the left.) (Louis Wu 00:31:28 UTC)
