Building Your REQ Collection: Part 1
While it's devoid of any further details to how the system itself will work, the latest news update at HaloWaypoint shows off some of the REQ cards you can unlock while building your collection. There's a good wall of text that goes into great detail on the shotgun of choice for Kelly-087, called 'Oathsworn' and a few blurbs for other cards in the REQ system. Thanks Bounce-A-Gon!
