Somewhere, flying pigs are throwing snowballs.
For years, people have asked if HBO would ever have a Twitter account. For years, I've said it simply would not happen. A bunch of things are in the works, though, that make a Twitter account relatively important... and I was reminded that it doesn't have to be a two-way communication. (That is: one of my biggest problems with the platform is the ability to become seriously unproductive as you try and keep up with those connected to you. But if we're using Twitter as a notification system - and we are, each newspost will be posted to the account, in headline form, with a link to the full post - there's no need to fret about followers, or following, or any of that.) It's there for folks who want an alternative way to be notified when new Halo news goes live here at HBO. Here's hoping that's useful to some of you. So go follow HBOTweets, and you'll never again need to say "what front page?" (Louis Wu 23:12:06 UTC)
