November 15, 2012 Link to this post A transcendent playing experience outweighs all.
The Atlantic has an article that looks at Halo 4 - the headline is pretty funny: 'Halo 4' Gets Everything Wrong ...except for the gameplay, which—as with the first three multi-billion-dollars-selling Halo first-person shooter games—is really, really fun. They back up this statement with a lengthy critique of the art design, storytelling, level design... but they keep coming back to how much fun it is to play. Interesting read!
