Over at DeviantART, there's an artist named Rene-L who's put together a series of Halo/comic crossovers; the most recent (as pointed out by Joony Joon) is Halo Goes the Avengers, but you should also check out Halo Goes Marvel, Halo Goes DC, Halo Goes Ghost Rider, and Halo Goes Spiderman.
