From Lurker to Leader: A Frags to Riches Story
We've mentioned the Lurker to Leader Panel at PAX a couple of times, because our own GrimBrother One was up on stage - but it's not until today that we can give you a link to actually WATCH it for yourself. GrifballHub's Goose Checka (the impetus behind this particular panel in the first place) let us know that the entire hour-long conversation is now up on YouTube. This discussion is near and dear to my heart; its core is all about how fan communities are managed, and how good leaders can help them grow. Every one of the panelists is someone I look up to as an example of fantastic fan leadership, and while I wish I could have been there in person this past Friday, to watch them live, getting to see this video takes away much of the sting.
