A Numbers-Based Approach
Hoovaloov decided to look more closely into how bloom affects the DMR's effectiveness (or, more specifically, how the change due to the Title Update affects the winning chances of folks who pace their shots vs folks who pull the trigger as fast as they can). The results might surprise you. (Interestingly enough, RC Master decided, totally independently, to look at the statistics of the Needle Rifle today, and compare its kill speed (in ideal conditions) to the DMR.
