May 14, 2001 Link to this post Halo gets mention in Time Magazine Thanks to Cartack, who noticed a feature in Time Magazine (by way of Xbox Campus) in which Halo gets a brief mention. The feature is called 'The Battle of Seattle', and compares the Xbox to the Nintendo GameCube. Halo gets touched upon when they discuss the realistic abilities of the Xbox: Just take a walk through the space station in Halo, an action game based on Larry Niven's classic sci-fi novel Ringworld, and you'll notice fingerprint marks on triple-glazed windows.
Well, Ringworld misinformation aside, it's always nice to see a Halo mention in the mainstream press... (Louis Wu 13:38:07 UTC)
