Mongrilled.
A couple of days ago, we mentioned pete_the_duck's writeup of a night of shenanigans with some HBO forum regulars in Halo 3 Matchmaking. One of the popular incidents involved pete jumping off his mongoose just in time to be flattened by a teammate's Warthog - it was such a beautifully bone-headed move that Blackstar created a new medal for it.
