Steel Spartan Kotobukiya, Brute Stalker Reviews
IGN has posted a 'Preview' of the Halo 3 Steel Spartan variant of the Kotobukiya Bubble-shielded figure - mostly, it's just a lot of screenshots... but it's a great figure.
