Bungie has released a new update for Halo PC - v1.08 officializes the patches made recently to overcome some potential attacks on HPC servers, and as an added bonus, removes the CD check for the game. (There are also patches for Halo Custom Edition and HCE Server.) w00t! Thanks, sawnose. Update: the HCE files are mirrored at Halo Maps, as well. (Louis Wu 15:32:00 UTC)
