Halo built the Xbox - now it's confining it
Wired interviewed Shane Kim at DICE recently, and Halo came up a few times. It really sounds like Microsoft is working hard to dispel the notion that your Xbox is for playing Halo, alone. (In fact, more than once, it sounds almost like he's complaining about it.) They're trying to grow their market, and the icons for the moment are from M-rated games... makes it hard to get parents of younger kids to take a second look, I guess. (Louis Wu 12:35:44 UTC)
