Major Nelson has clarified that the Xbox Originals, officially announced yesterday as older Xbox games to be available for download on Xbox Live Marketplace, will NOT contain additional functionality; they will not have Achievements or be used in your Gamer score. And though it wasn't mentioned specifically, I'd GUESS that this means that the downloadable version of Halo will not be 60Hz-compatible for PAL regions, since the original game wasn't. These are not enhanced versions of the games - they're just downloadable versions of them, at a nice price.
