Game Content Usage Rules - Updated
Microsoft has finally updated the Game Content Usage Rules that came out a couple of months ago; the current version contains clarified wording for where files can be posted, whether you can enter film festivals, how you can work with the game's backstory, sound usage, and more. It's a pretty reasonable set of rules at this point. There's also an email address you can contact if your particular question isn't answered by the rules.
