Marcus-626 was the first to point us to an article at Gamespot about the projected financial impact of Halo 3 on Microsoft's bottom line... Goldman-Sachs seems to be suggesting that Halo 3's earnings in the first 5 days of release should be somewhere between $170 and $220 million dollars - a 50-100% increase over what Halo 2 made in the same timeframe. Scary numbers! And it sounds like this has been the plan all along... (Louis Wu 13:13:59 UTC)
