Profitable, But Not Transformational
An article at Seeking Alpha suggests that Halo 3 will not make a huge difference in Microsoft's standings in the console wars, because 1) it's an M-rated game (meaning it won't appeal to everyone), and 2) the 360 installed base is only 10 million units.
