GI has Map Editor Info
Game Informer has made a short video available (8.4 mb, WMP9 format), showing a tiny bit of the Map Editor that will be included with Halo 2 Vista (mostly, it's Jo Clowes discussing some of the features that will be available to mapmakers while the camera pans around a monitor).
