Awesome Halo Goodies for Auction Next Week
Over at Team Xbox, there's a press release about the First Annual Dream Awards, a production of Hollywood Arts, a non-profit that reaches at-risk teens through the arts. This year, they're honoring Tommy Tallarico, the man behind Video Games Live - and the awards ceremony will be a fundraiser for the organization. They'll be auctioning off all sorts of goodies (this is the auction home link, though nothing's posted yet - the auction goes live on February 17) - including an audio cameo in Halo 3 (!!), a Master Chief statue, and a tour of the Bungie Studios. (Lots of other stuff too - but that's the Halo schwag.) The auction kicks off at 7 pm PST on the 17th, and ends on the 24th - keep your eye on that page! Google News was first with this heads-up, but Spec_Ops_Assault wasn't far behind. (Louis Wu 13:20:48 UTC)
