Another Way into the Beta
Interesting. Over at Joystiq, there's a note about an ad in the latest issue of Gamepro magazine - if you buy the upcoming game Crackdown (specially marked boxes only) for $60, you also get a Halo 3 Beta invite. (Joystiq's cynical take is that you're paying $60 for the invite, and getting a free copy of Crackdown... but you can think of it any way you like.) Lots of folks noticed this - looks like Jonathan Rivas was first, via email last night. (Louis Wu 16:26:00 UTC)
