The Black Art of Halo Mods
The latest Halo How-to book from Stephen Cawood is now out; it's called 'The Black Art of Halo Mods', and there's some information about community input over at HaloMods. The news story there says 'click the button on the right to support HaloMods' - you'll need to visit the front page to see that button (which leads you to Amazon.com to buy the book).
