More from GI - The Future of Halo Wars
Looks like that Game Informer vid was half of a two-part article - I guess it went up on YouTube (and was found) before the article itself went up on Game Informer's website. You can go visit there, though, because there's a second video, discussing the future of the Halo Wars franchise. Thanks, CyReN. (Tom Van Sinden 19:49:14 UTC) (permalink)
Managing the Expanding Halo Fiction
Game Informer just posted a new interview bit with Frankie, in which he discusses how 343 is handling the expanding Halo universe, and why things are changing from the early days. Go watch! Thanks, Dani. (Tom Van Sinden 19:33:59 UTC) (permalink)
Sangheili, B-flat Not long ago, OboeCrazy set up a Kickstarter project to expand her Musiter offerings - she'd promised to deliver more Halo content, if funded. She was funded - and delivery starts now. She stopped in to our forum with word of the new content, and a bit of info about the future. Go read, go watch! Best Laugh Track Ever Mirel dropped by with a hilarious Top 10 video that he found. It documents probably the greatest single thing about the Rooster Teeth "Fails of the Weak" series: Geoff's infectiously awesome laugh. Go and check this out, I challenge you to not have a better day after watching it! (GrimBrother One 16:45:11 UTC) (permalink)
PGCR 114
Robowski let us know that Post Game Carnage Report 114 is live - Halo 4 release speculation, the Halo 4 Play Event a couple of weeks ago, and a big forum announcement! Go listen. (Tom Van Sinden 16:43:01 UTC) (permalink)
Announcement: Halo 3 Done Segmented Project We got word from NOKYARD that the High Speed Halo crew is kicking off a new community speed run project - Halo 3 Done Segmented. (This has already been done with Halo and Halo 2 - the projects let multiple speedrunners contribute their per-level expertise to a product that shows off some of the faster tricks out there. Because the levels are done individually, the runners don't need to be cautious - if something goes wrong, a re-run isn't the end of the world. What the viewer is left with is pure, unadulterated speed. They're currently looking for both runners and suggestions for runners - swing by the dedicated forum and see what you can add! Catching up with Horses and Fails
Just realized we're WAY behind on Achievement HORSE vids; here are the ones we've missed. Episodes 71 and 72 were actually using Trials Evolution... but then they got back to Halo. Ep 73: AH | YT and Ep 74: AH | YT both went live without our notice. And while you're watching Rooster Teeth Vids we're behind on, go check out Fails of the Weak 84 (AH | YT), because we missed that one, too.

Rounding up the Halo week
343 posted the latest Halo Bulletin last night over at Halo Waypoint - there's some tiny tidbits from bs angel's recent trip to LA for the Forward Unto Dawn project, some informative info about Grunts, a new wallpaper in a variety of sizes, and new iterations of the Custom Challenge of the Week, Super Jackpot Weekend, and Friday Caption Fun. If you'd like to read it locally, it's in our Halo Bulletin Archive. Go take a look! (Tom Van Sinden 12:48:18 UTC) (permalink)
