Jay Marrero sent word that the Professional Gamers League has picked up a new member of their Sponsor Team; the winners of the upcoming 4x4 Halo 2 tourney (see this news post) will have registrations fees paid for the rest of the 2006 season, thanks to Astro Studios. Dual-Thumbstick Virtual Keyboards?
Evil Otto dropped by our forum today, and in the midst of a discussion on Needler-wielding Sentinels and their presence in Halo 2, mentioned an interview he did for Macromedia on using Director to prototype the UI in the game. It's a great article with a bunch of cool info in it, including a demo movie made to present one version of the UI to the rest of the development team. See if you can spot some names in the movie.
