Commissioning
If you were wondering about that live-action bit at the beginning of the Halo 4 presentation, it looks not not be a part of the upcoming Halo 4: Forward Unto Dawn webfilm series, but instead is a standalone live-action trailer called "Commissioning", and you can catch it all by its lonesome right here.
