Recon for Recon
Heh - cool. Bungie has issued a bizarre challenge - spot an unidentified employee as he (I'm pretty sure it's a 'he') travels across the western US, wearing one of two specific shirts, introduce yourself while holding a copy of Halo 3, and you'll get Recon.
