Online Respawn Timer for Halo 3
There's a website called FPSBuddy that offers a respawn timer for Halo 3 - that works on your mobile device. The free version only works for FFA (Lone Wolves) gameplay - but if you're willing to pay $4/month, there's a version that works for all gametypes and maps.
