GiA - Design your own Halo 3 Vehicle/Weapon
Nathan Gibson wrote to let us know that Games in Action is having a competition allowing members to submit designs for Halo 3 Weapons/Vehicles. It should be stressed that this is for fun, and is NOT official (you will NOT see your masterpiece in the final game, for example), but it should be a good time - and there might be prizes available at the end of it all.
