Will "Dracc" Curry pointed us to his blog, 'ModIt', which discusses (surprise, surprise) modding. Not just Xbox/Halo modding - but it certainly touches on that. In fact, his latest entry tries to draw a distinction between modders and cheaters on XBL, with respect to Halo.
