From News Sleuth to Dungeon Defender
Yesterday a new article was posted at the GBO blog. I had a chance to chat for a little bit with Josh Isom (Hitmonchan107) about how he made it into the game industry, some of his favorite Halo community moments, Duck Tales, and more. It's a fun look at an awesome community member who's made his way into the industry proper. Go and give it a a look! (GrimBrother One 12:37:39 UTC)

Reoccurring Themes
Thanks to Enfinit over at the Waypoint Community for bringing this awesome video to my attention yesterday. It's a set of B-Roll clips from the recent Behind-The-Scenes videos highlighting the announcement of Neil Davidge courtesy of MTV. The brilliance comes through when you listen to the clips of music that the orchestra is playing. If you were worried that Halo 4 would be devoid of some of the gorgeous themes and melodies we've come to know and love... you shouldn't be. Some beautiful snippets of what's to come in there. Also you'll find an interview with Davidge himself, some of which you might have already seen, but there are some new pieces in there as well. Go check it out! (GrimBrother One 12:30:40 UTC)

Returning a Boy's Own Adventure
While we don't highlight editorial-style forum posts very often, I really think you should take a look at this one. Crafted lovingly by our very own long-time contributor Hedgemony, he paints a truly inspiring picture of his very personal feelings toward the Halo franchise and the direction it's heading. The post has even gathered the attention of 343 Industries' employees, and certainly deserves at least a passing glance by anyone reading this newspost. If you have a moment, definitely check this out. (GrimBrother One 14:06:32 UTC)

Fast News From The Food Nipple
bs angel was kind enough to send another well-spoken Halo Bulletin our way. A few specific things to note are some absolutely gorgeous concept art wallpaper of the new Halo 4 multiplayer map "Warhouse", as well as a bit more information on the design philosophy of said map. Also of time-sensitive interest is the reminder of the looming final change-over from BNet to Waypoint with regards to any and all stats, filesharing, films, user-generated-content, partridges, and pear trees. Throw in info about the April matchmaking playlist updates and you've got yourself some reading material. You can either catch it on Waypoint itself, or if you want to see it on the first click, hit us up locally. Have at it! (GrimBrother One 13:49:29 UTC)

As if bs angel doesn't already enjoy using that phrase enough, last night she caressed our eye holes with a new Halo Bulletin featuring some neat tidbits of information on the Halo 4 multiplayer map Wraparound, a couple community questions answered, and doughnuts. Halo: As Fragile as Two Bricks Tied Together With Tissue Paper
General Vagueness showed us a recent article over at the Halo Fanon Wiki titled "Halo: Ruined FOREVER". It's not what you think; it's actually a pretty funny satirical piece that will make a lot of long-time Halo fans (and more specifically, Halo forum-goers) giggle with understanding. The article features a good quote from GV himself, as well as mentioning some other pieces connected to HBO members. Go and check it out! (GrimBrother One 13:49:19 UTC)
