Sci-fi Royalty Loves Halo
There are a handful of science fiction universes that eclipse all others in terms of popularity, and possibly the granddaddy of them all is Star Trek! Rod Roddenberry, the son of Star Trek creator Gene Roddenberry, recently did an AMA on Reddit, and when asked what his favorite video game is, he gave an answer relevant enough to be posted on HBO! Halo 5: Guardians Opening Cinematic
Remember those teases from the past few days, they were building to the reveal last night of (part of) the opening cinematic of Halo 5: Guardians! We get some amazing footage of Fireteam Osiris prepping for a mission then free-falling into battle with the Covenant and Prometheans on a snowy planet.
