Project Contingency - a Fan-made Halo Game
Getting on a plane in an hour... but before I go, a quick note. We got word from the team at Project Contingency about a fan-made Halo game built on the CryEngine 3 engine. It's not a mod for Crysis - it's a new look at the Halo universe through the lens of a different engine. There's a trailer to watch, a website, and a gallery of their work, if you want to catch up.
