Two Betrayals, 647 seconds
Man, I remember when the world speed run record for Two Betrayals was over 25 minutes. It's not nearly that slow any more - but even with the advances of the past eight years, slYnki's announcement today sets a new one. He's run through the level in an astonishing 10:47. I was floored. Of Fairways and Swedish Fish
The latest Breaking In article at Bungie.net focuses on John Stvan, maybe better known to the Halo community as Halcylon - it's not often these days that an employee with extensive Halo-related experience gets profiled in this series, so go appreciate it! His road to success, though unusual, is one that many, many fans aspire to... see what worked for him! (Louis Wu 13:10:20 UTC) (permalink)
Dat CryEngine

Anoj Top 10 Ep 49: WTF Moments
Anoj is back with another Top 10 video - it's WTF Moments (and yes, connection issues cause most of the weirdness), some of which are very funny. Thanks, Jordan Bell. (Louis Wu 12:52:41 UTC) (permalink)
Halo: UNSC Glory - Trailer Mashup
MixMaker1 let us know that he's mashed up the audio from the new Assassin's Creed trailer with The Commissioning, the live action Halo 4 short shown at E3 (with a bonus tossed in). Happy 4th of July, a little early! (Louis Wu 12:51:01 UTC) (permalink)
Securing a Perimeter at the Shady Spot
Red vs Blue's Season 10 continues - Episode 5, released last night, shows off a character we've seen a few times, but never really known. Go watch!

Building the Ultimate Halo Game - Revisited nomis78 stopped by to announce that Shadow of the Void (or Gravemind, as he goes by here at HBO) has rewritten his massive 'Building the Ultimate Halo Game' article (last seen about 3 years ago) and is releasing it in segments over at the Community Customs website. The introduction is up now.
