MM Firefight: One Fan's Analysis
Over at NeoGAF, GhaleonEB wrote a pretty intense critique of Firefight, as it's currently implemented in Reach. It's a solid read, and contains not only criticism, but suggestions for future directions. If you play Firefight, it's worth checking out. (It received a nearly instant response from 343's David Ellis - it's wonderful to know that people are listening, even if circumstances don't immediately allow the sorts of changes Ghaleon is looking for.) Halo Anniversary Launch Parties at MS Stores
Looks like Microsoft is planning to host launch parties for Halo Anniversary at its brick-and-mortar stores. There aren't very many of them (14, actually, spread out across 8 states) - but if there's one near you, you might want to check it out - multiplayer, snacks, grab bags for the first 100 guests in each store, grunt plushies.
